Fitness for Mom, Fun for Baby! Stroller Strides helps moms make strides in fitness, motherhood and life!
Stroller Strides is an hour long, total body workout you can do with your baby in the stroller. It is a fun, yet challenging workout great for ANY LEVEL of fitness. Fit4Baby, the prenatal fitness program from the creators of Stroller Strides, is a great way to stay active and in shape while you're expecting. This class is also great for any level of exerciser and for any stage of a normal, healthy pregnancy. Physician's approval is required. All classes are taught by nationally certified instructors who are also moms!

Tuesday/Thursday 9:30am Halyburton Park Shelter #2
Tuesday/Thursday 6pm Hugh MacRae Park Shelter #5 (April-December)
Wednesday 6pm Hugh MacRae Park Shelter #5 (January-March)
Saturday 9:30am Carolina Beach Lake Park
